Driver Training
The 0.6-mile Andersen RacePark karting track provides the ideal learning ground for future racing champions, most of whom begin their racing careers in karting.
How to Get Started in Racing
Most professional race car drivers started out in some form of karting, and for some people (especially younger people) it becomes the natural first step in the pursuit of a professional career. But karting is also a great learning tool, as it offers high-performance vehicles and close competition at relatively low costs. There’s no better way to start experiencing the thrill and satisfaction of racing.
Teaching people to race is our primary goal. We offer many ways to learn, including private coaching for those who want individual attention.

Getting Started with Kids (under age 16)
Karting offers many different options for kids. Of course, as a child grows they’ll need to keep moving up into bigger and faster classes. Our instructors are available to work with parents and kids to choose the best kart for each age group.
Minor Licensing for Drivers OVER 5 feet tall.
If your child is 5 feet tall or taller, we offer a group class on Thursday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm by appointment. Your child will register with the front desk, go over the flag and track rules, and be fitted to a kart/safety gear. From their drivers will join our instructor on-track for 3 sessions on track, and 2 classroom sessions in-between each on-track session. Reservations are highly recommended. Cost: $100 per driver
One-on-One Coaching: Our instructors all have racing experience (karting and formula cars), and they will concentrate on improving your speed, consistency, and overall skill levels. Track Time: 30 minutes Price: $145
Driver Clinics:
The clinics are an excellent way to get coaching from our instructors cost-effectively. With a minimum of 3 drivers required, instructors will work with the group as a whole, providing feedback in and around all of the on-track sessions. The aim: Improve speed, consistency, and overall skill.
Track Time: 30 minutes
Price: $100 per driver
Drivers 15 years old with Learners Permit may run an Evaluation Session with an Instructor to establish proficiency- $50 per driver (by appointment)
